El presente documento constituye un acuerdo legal vinculante entre el usuario (en adelante, "el Usuario") y Apuzen (en adelante, "la Empresa"). Al acceder, navegar o utilizar el sitio web https://apuzen.com, el Usuario declara haber leído, entendido y aceptado en su totalidad los términos aquí descritos. Si el Usuario no está de acuerdo con alguna de las disposiciones, deberá abstenerse inmediatamente de utilizar los servicios de esta plataforma.
Los servicios ofrecidos por Apuzen están disponibles únicamente para personas que tengan capacidad legal para contratar. En cumplimiento con las normativas internacionales y locales, no podrán utilizar los servicios aquellas personas que no tengan dicha capacidad, incluyendo menores de edad, a menos que actúen bajo la supervisión de un tutor legal que asuma plena responsabilidad.
Apuzen se compromete a mantener la transparencia en sus procesos comerciales. El Usuario acepta las siguientes condiciones tarifarias relativas a la adquisición de productos y/o servicios:
A. Tarifa Estándar: Todas las transacciones comerciales están sujetas a un cargo fijo de $50.00 USD. Este monto comprende de manera integral los conceptos de impuestos aplicables, gastos de gestión administrativa y logística de envío estándar.
B. Exoneración por Volumen de Compra: Como beneficio exclusivo, Apuzen otorgará la gratuidad total en los costos de envío para todas aquellas órdenes cuyo subtotal sea igual o superior a $299.00 USD. En estos casos, el sistema descontará automáticamente el cargo de $50.00 mencionado anteriormente.
C. Logística y Garantía: Operamos exclusivamente con DHL Express con tiempos de entrega estimados de 4 a 7 días hábiles. Ofrecemos una protección al comprador de 60 días ante eventualidades logísticas.

La Empresa se reserva el derecho de modificar estas tarifas en cualquier momento, lo cual será debidamente comunicado a través de la actualización de este documento.

B. Volume Purchase Waiver: As an exclusive benefit, Apuzen will grant total free shipping for all orders whose subtotal is equal to or greater than $299.00 USD. In these cases, the system will automatically deduct the aforementioned $50.00 charge.
C. Logistics & Warranty: We operate exclusively with DHL Express with estimated delivery times of 4 to 7 business days. We offer a 60-day buyer protection for logistical issues.
